   If anyone is still checking this blog … Eileen passed away today, Oct. 3, 2009 after her year and a half long battle with cancer. During the past year she cut off contact with most of her friends and family members. We all continued to try to show her just how much loved her by sending emails and leaving messages on her answer machine. Sometimes we even added comments to this blog. But mostly we just prayed. She lived her life HER way and dealt with this awful disease her way too. I spent some time today with the body that once housed her incredible being. However, her spirit was long gone. I am sure that by now she has been reunited with her beloved Sydney & together they are playing on the beaches in the afterlife. How I wish she would have let us care for her this past year. But it WAS her choice. Eileen I love my baby sister more than you could ever understand. Let us all celebrate a remarkable woman who left this worlduch too soon.

   Eileen Passed away Oct 3rd, 2009 after a her long battle with cancer she fought it to the bitter end. Rest in peace Eileen I know you are now in a better place free of the pain. I am so sorry I did not get to say a final goodbye to you or that you did not get to see Hayden and the family before you left us. Love aways Darren
