1. One and a half cups crushed ice or very small cubes;
2. Eight ounces diet lemon lime soda;
3. Four ounces cranberry juice;
4. A handful of frozen raspberries.
Place ice in tall soda glass.
Pour over lemon lime soda and cranberry juice.
Add frozen raspberries and mix.

1. Six large strawberries, hulled and frozen;
2. Twelve ounces milk (low fat, 1% or 2% is just fine);
3. One package chocolate sugar-free instant breakfast mix;
4. One tablespoon chocolate syrup (optional).
Place strawberries and milk in blender and blend until smooth.
Add instant breakfast mix and syrup (if using) and blend until fully incorporated.
Enjoy!
1. One cup frozen pineapple chunks.
2. One to two cups orange juice, depending on your taste.
3. Three cups seltzer water.
Place pineapple chunks and orange juice in blender.
Blend until completely smooth.
Add seltzer to blender.
Stir to combine.
Enjoy!
To make a richer meal-type drink, omit the seltzer.
To add a bit of variety, top the soda with whipped cream.
1. One packet sugar free chocolate instant breakfast;
2. Good quality chocolate syrup to taste (but no more than 2 teaspoons);
3. One cup milk (any fat level you like);
4. Seven average sized strawberries, hulled and frozen;
5. One cup ice.
Mix instant breakfast with chocolate syrup and milk.
Place in blender.
Add strawberries.
Blend until smooth.
Add ice.
Blend until desired consistency.

For variety, try adding frozen raspberries or a touch of orange zest.
1. One packet chocolate sugar-free instant breakfast;
2. One cup cold milk;
3. One tablespoon unsweetened cocoa;
4. One cup strong, cold, brewed coffee;
5. One cup ice cubes.
Place all ingredients in the blender.
Blend to desired consistency.

3. Seven ounces Tillamock vanilla smoothie (substitute french vanilla yogurt);
4. Seven ounces orange juice (no pulp, with calcium).
Place all ingredients in the blender.
Blend to desired consistency.

5. Two ounces vodka (if you’re of age and the doctor says it’s alright).
Place ice in glass or sippy cup (recommended if drinking while having chemo).
Add soda, juice and sherbet.
Mix until foamy but not foaming over.
